Globalization has been a huge factor in South Korea’s growth and economic success. Modern South Korea is a leader in many industries around the world. As a leading area of Seoul, Gangnam District has special center for expats to get help:
Gangnam Global Village Center.
Gangnam Global Village Center is government organization founded April 17, 2008 with the aim of helping foreigners with one-stop-service while staying in Korea. Since then, this goal has been successfully implemented with a unique programs and events. We are developing new programs with help of locals and foreigners in Korea for global society life in Korea.
In this century, mobility is indispensable for people all over the world. For expatriates and their families to get off to a good start, Gangnam Global Village Center was brought into being by Seoul Metropolitan Government affiliated with the Gangnam District.
Is it your first time in Korea? Or do you already have some experience living abroad? Or are you only just preparing for your great adventure in Seoul? No matter what-the Gangnam Global Village Center is your central point of contact.
We offer free lectures, counseling and support with any issues related to your professional and private life. Even if we can not provide direct help in specific situation, we will lead you to the right organization to get help.

With support of Seoul Metropolitan Government and assistance of Gangnam District Office our goal is to organize special programs and events, also research and develop new innovative ways to provide great value to fulfill foreigners needs while being in Korea.
Providing most of the major needs of foreign residents in Korea, Gangnam GVC has become a main location in Seoul to enjoy K-life in a short period of time and intends to continue playing an important role in Gangnam's future vision.
Our staff and executive team at Gangnam GVC are regularly assessing and reviewing foreigners needs, the programs we offer, and the effectiveness of the services we provide.
